Any request for a Letter of Intent (LOI) or Proof of Funds (POF) without proper mandate is treated as a red flag, and we do not proceed in such cases.

To protect all parties, we do not distribute unsolicited images or videos, as doing so compromises confidentiality and trust.

All engagements are governed by GDPR and UK banking regulations. We enforce strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols. Identity and mandate verification is conducted via Persona, ensuring a secure, impartial authentication process.

We specialise in metadata analysis, enabling us to efficiently detect fraudulent activity. We expect the same level of professionalism and due diligence from all counterparties.

Without a verified mandate or signed contract confirming authority to represent or market the asset, proposals will not be considered.

Our systems are designed to prevent scams and ensure only legitimate, transparent transactions are pursued any attempt to compromise will be relayed to the relevant authorities for investigation.
